Nice place but it's definitely dated. I think that they should paint the main party rooms a neutral colour as many kids have themed birthday parties and some pictures look horrible with that blue colour they have painted along with the happy birthday painted and the under the sea stuff on the other wall. It would probably cost maybe 100 bucks minimum for some primer and a few cans of paint to fix that up. And also maybe some new toys for the babies as well. Neutral colours and some upgrades would get better reviews.
Had a birthday there really nice but could use an update probably. Seems like it may have had more play area but it's been taken down. The small kids went absolutely wild tho and had so much fun.
I went during a week day so it was nice and quiet. This is a small indoor play ground so it is easier to keep track of your child and the exit points. There is a side for climbing with the larger jungle gym and another room with toys and a small jungle gym for small toddlers. Price and parking was decent.
Recently had my son’s 1st birthday here. It was excellent in the fact it was private and the kids loved the play area. However - I had no form of communication from the time I booked in May until 2 days before the party. I called endlessly, drove there to see it closed, emailed and got no reply. I had to call the Oakville location to have them get in touch with the Hamilton location for me. I then received an email back. Upon arriving the only staff member working was not kind, not helpful, and never once asked myself or anyone else if they needed anything at all. She greeted all my guests with a saucy behaviour. For these reasons I would not ever return. Go elsewhere where the staff are appreciative for the business you’re giving them. My son still had a great first birthday but I’d be embarrassed if this was my business & I was treating people the way they were.
It's weird that you can't wear your shoes inside. I get that they don't want you to wear your shoes in the play areas, but as for not being allowed to wear them where you eat, and especially in the bathrooms, that did not sit well with me. I found that to be quite gross, actually. And the floors are so darn cold! Also, what's up with not letting the birthday kids open their gifts at their own party? That was beyond bizarre.
We love coming here! Great staff and good price Update: lost a star due to them being cashless... I was looking to possibly book my daughter's private birthday party there but because I live off cash I will not be having it there.
I gave this place a nasty review a couple of years ago. The place has been updated and I met the new owner, who is making sure the place is much better managed than before. The place does look renewed and much more clean, plus the customer service is excellent. We are even booking an upcoming party here thanks to the place being well managed now. Congrats and we'll make sure to keep supporting this amazing adventures Hamilton location
