Nice place, clean but the mat in bay 1 needs to be replaced asap. I don’t think I’ve ever seen an indoor sim with a mat in such bad shape and a huge valley in the middle. Will be back, hope to see some new mats.
Golf season might be ending, but my passion for the game is ramping up! Next Golf in Ancaster, Ontario delivered an exceptional experience with their 24/7 golf simulators. The Next golf App made booking seamless and I had a blast. Software was easy to use and the place was safe and clean. Donny
35 minutes of the 60 we had booked was spent dealing with tech issues. The posted tech help number didn’t respond to our call . Not one employee in the building to help. Very frustrating experience
I had initially come here when it first opened and loved it! However, I came back recently this winter and was not satisfied… the turf in most bays need replacing, most of the balls are missing/broken and the sensors are constantly hit or miss. I understand it’s an unmanned facility but they should do better with up-keeping and maintenance. The prices are better than most but I guess you get what you pay for.
Finally got a chance to try it out and had a great experience! Easy to book on the app and show up to play! Trackman experience was great - first time at a sim and it was a great experience Will definitely be back in the winter months
This establishment is great! My boyfriend and I go often and it’s always clean and easy to use. Best simulator we’ve gone to by far. Now the only one we go to at all!
It keeps getting worse and worse. I've Yet to have a flawless experience here. Internet issues are constant, Remote Multiplayer Game constant disconnects, no option to recover/resume. The Trackman IO Calibration is TERRIBLE. There's a huge valley in the middle of the swing matt which is hard to pick out, and it'll add angle if you try and shoot off centre. They need replacement. I regularly have issues signing in, and the "Private bays have an open doorway so people stand and watch you if they're bored waiting for a room. I've received Complementary hours for all my troubles, but even when I go use the free hours, I run into issues. Last night I Just gave up and went home. I couldn't finished more than 6 holes with a friend before the network cut out. This was after wasting time trying to find some balls, as there wer enone in my sim. I ended up asking another group if I could have 2 or 3. I was hopeful, I was excited. This so very local to me. But sadly, the upkeep and the equipment are not worth the frustration, let alone the price. A lot of the screens still aren't set up - Balls get lost when using wedges, and wormburners sometimes come flying back at you. Honestly at this point I've given up. Original Review: New simulator for Indoor Golf Hamilton, exciting! Only wish they’d turn on the sound for the trackman booths, and allow the 2nd monitor to show shot stats! Otherwise, clean affordable, and awesome! Bay 1's netting doesn't go all the way to the ground so sometimes a wormburner comes flying back at you. Dangerous. I'm sure they'll fix it.
