I had ordered from uber for deliver for the first time from your restaurant. The driver picked up my order and never delivered it. I was tracking him. He was movibg in my area for almost 45mins, never answered my call and messages from uber. Uber driver name Kirtan drives white Audi A4 DHLP469. Stole my food as well as someones else food.
I’ve ordered Manchurian Hakka fried rice after seeing few reviews that it is good but the fact is, it is too salty, too much soya sauce,too many raw ginger and dry Manchurian in the rice . Overall I had worst fried rice ever in hamilton. It is not just a bad review but a suggestion to the restaurant to change the flavour of Hakka fried rice. Thank u
I just want to share my yesterday experience as I ordered pav Bhaji, cheese vada pau, Ctc and Chinese. Guys it was literally mouth watering food. The guy who picked my call he said it will take 20 minutes but when I was there they were running busy but still within 5 minutes he served my food. I really appreciate your service and food. Everything was so amazing thank you so much for amazing food.
Continuously second time I am disappointed by cheese Vadapav, Last time they put only a pinch of cheese on top and this time inside Vada seems too old smells quite old made and I clearly mentioned to put less garlic chutney inside but they kept too much and they told me 10 mins on call and I came to store after 15 mins and waited for there for other 5-7 mins yet there were no rush at all.
Ordered jb special puff, one of there new released puff. Waited 36 min to have just one puff. If you’re free time come visit to sit. Very slow service. Server mentioned that it will take 10 minutes but not more than 30 mins. Food is good
I’m writing this review not to comment on the food, but to express my disappointment with the business practices. I was charged HST on my bill; however, no registration number was provided on the invoice. When I inquired, the staff were unable to share a valid HST number or any proof of registration. The e-receipt they sent also showed zero tax collected, which raises serious concerns about transparency. It’s concerning that taxes may be collected without proper remittance, effectively adding an extra 13% to the price customers pay. While they did refund the tax amount in cash after I questioned it, this experience left me disappointed and worried that other customers might not notice the discrepancy. I truly hope the business takes this feedback seriously and corrects its billing practices.
I dont know what happen ,seems like students are cooking food in kitchen ,last month i had food it was very good but this time its has no taste and quantity is very low.i was surprised it was fantastic earlier idk wht happen now ,whoever is cooking in kitchen has 0 experince
