I've worked with Hernan for many years now. He's not quick to suggest you get a new unit and his repairs have always held up. Problems on HVAC machinery isn't always easy to diagnose, so sometimes you fix one thing just to find out there were two problems all along. I definitely wouldn't say Hernan is trying to cheat you but you do have to understand that trial and error is at play when dealing with these machines.
All Mechanical's team is extremely efficient and proficient, and their technicians are extremely knowledgeable and friendly! They fixed our furnace fan in the winter in less than 24 hours and now today in the midst of this heat came to replace coolant and seal a leak in our air conditioner in less than 12 hours. 100% recommend their services.
I never had the pleasure of dealing with this company directly, however my car broke down a while back right in front of their shop. The guys that worked there were really helpful, even called a mechanic down the street to come take a look, unfortunately my back end completely collapsed. They even allowed me to park my car there overnight until the next day. I know it's not a review on their company however their kind gesture did not go unnoticed, thanks again for all your help!
4.5 hours labour and a $550 bill later, exact same problem happened 2 days after they "fixed" it. They came back and figured out after all that work, it was a compressor switch which they didn't look at the first time. Not happy!
