My wife ordered a salad on line it was missing Avocado, aged cheddar, black beans.. THESE WERE STANDARD IN THE DARN SALADE.. HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN!!? Also it wasn’t even full…. It’s bad enough the bowls they use are now half the size they used to be…. After paying $51 friggin dollars for.2 salads… I would expect this to be perfect !! I will never order here again…. Super disappointed
I held off on writing a negative review because it's a franchise but after being disappointed so many times, I think it is time. The meat quality at this Freshii location is horrible. The chicken is quite literally some type of fatty bi-product. We used to get it for lunch for everyone at work but have stopped now because of this. Most of the meat is usually not edible. Today I decided to change it up because it's the only "healthy option" close by, I ordered a soup. Not too sure the photo captures it but it's literally about an inch thick of some type of glowing orange oil on top. I will not be eating this and honestly I want a refund. It's so disappointing! $10 for a mini cup of vegetable oil is not on my list of things I am going to eat today!!
If I could give 0 stars I would. I've been to a few different locations but this was by far the worst. I ordered a bowl and a wrap, they got the wrap order wrong, which I get it, no one is perfect, they were just rude about it. And when it comes to the bowl, there was barely anything in it and it was like $12? Thats insane. Won't be going back and will be telling everyone I know not to go.
BAD EXPERIENCE *** SANDEEP WAS MY SERVER *** I go to this location (upper james) at least once a week, as i work right down the st,... today , Saturday Nov 5 2022 ... I had the worst experience.. I went in the lady infront of me got great service smiling and laughing , I started my order , and her (sandeep) attitude switched. She was rude, no longer smiling and treated me like i was bugging her.. my order was easy pangoa with chicken, that's it...when she started making the orders, the first lady got a nice FULL bowl ( like touching the lid) and then sandeep started making mine - it was half full ... I called her out on the difference she said - she got rice .. hmm i got rice.. then she said she got meat.. hmm i got meat ... it was DEFINITELY a racial THING .... which makes me sad, because I like freshii ... i will never go back and I have shown all my co workers my bowl and advise the treatment I received..
My first time and I wanted the dressing on the side. The server didn’t ask me while collecting payment and I mentioned it to her when she went to prep the order. She came back and said it was too late and I told them I didn’t want the dressing mixed in. The manager came, yelled at me and argued why I wouldn’t just take it as it was…. because that is not what I PAID for??? VERY VERY RUDE MANAGER. Borderline racist. I got a refund and will never spend a dime here again. Learn to talk to customers with dignity or at least apologize for not acknowledging my request. Terrible service
Manager/Owner with a huge beard and no beard net will yell at you when they get your order wrong these guys are ridiculous they’re also very stingy and try and save Pennie’s by not giving you proper portions but still charging full price . Horrible customer service.
If you have a complaint they will do nothing for you. The portions are small and quality is terrible. They cheap out on the expensive stuff like protiens. I posed this matter to management who informed me protien here is measured in oz. Fyi, one ounce of chick is about 1 tenth a chicken breast. Come here for gimmicks and trends...nothing more
