I know I already put a review saying how great the staff is but I forgot to mention that Austin and Connor work absolutely great together very kind young gentlemen!! Thank you guys for always greeting and serving my family with absolute kindness ? God bless you both and rest of the staff great job ?
If I had one bad thing to say, it would be the terrible straws. Why serve an iconic rootbeer and supply a flavour destroying device like that? I'm glad its compostable, you dump entire cases of them directly from the delivery truck. Everything else is great.
I have came to this A&W multiple times with the same order with no issue. The older lady Karen S at the window made it an issue with my substitution though this is how I have always been allowed to substitute bacon for a hash brown. In fact, a worker is the one who suggested it to me. She proceeded to have an attitude when asked about mayonaise in the bag, and then charged for it. I understand some places have policies of charging for condiments but again, I have not been charged at this a&w. There needs to be more consistency and more professionalism at this location.
Ordered through uber yesterday. My food was cold. There were no straws or napkins in the bag. The sandwich was just in the bag and sauce was everywhere.
We had the full breakfast plate. Most was good, BUT the hashbrowns were either deep fried on oil were fish were deep fried or very close to the fish deep fryer. Thst is CROSS CONTAMINATION!!! The lady taking care of customers is excellent and friendly. However, the older lady, in the kitchen acts like she doesn't want to be there. She looks at customers at the front, grumbles and shakes her head at us. She even snapped at the nice lady serving customers. People who just are not happy in there jobs should be let go. Perhaps it's her grumpiness that stopped her from making sure that there was no cross contamination!
This store has its own special policy “No pane cakes after 11 pm” While other stores sales what customer orders here you have to order as per their policy (I bought pane cakes from another A&W after this idiots denied me)
So I walked around the entire food court before settling in front of A&W. The lady behind the cash register (whom turned out to be Julie) was patient and understanding of my order. She informed me of what they had( I don’t like uncooked onions but don’t mind them cooked, so she suggested that I try the grilled onions). She was polite and friendly and I would definitely recommend this A&W to anyone having a meal in the area. Thank you Julie! You are awesome!
