Firstly there is a girl named pawan she is so rude and I specially mentioned her to add bb pickles and spicy or Nashville sauce in the masala veggie and she told me that how can I add it I told her that i always did the same order and she just ignored it and not add any bb pickles in the burger but charging me for the bb pickles I never recommend to anyone to visit there such a rude stafff
I usually expect friendly service when I visit A&W, but my experience this time wasn’t great. Even though the order was fine, the cashier Prince, didn’t seem very welcoming. In my experience, he didn’t greet me or say thank you when handing me my order, which made the interaction feel a bit uncomfortable. I hope the staff can focus more on basic customer service, because a simple hello or thank you can make a big difference.
We ordered a chicken BLT combo and a double teen combo we switched the fries out for poutine. The chicken BLT was extremely dry and underseasoned. The poutine boxes themselves can fit in our palms with extra room. The burgers were not the best. The poutine could've used more gravy ...at least they used cheese curds. And over 40 dollars for what we received was insulting...more than likely we won't be back...save your money.
I had a wonderful experience thanks to Prince's exceptional service at the restaurant. He was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend eating here.
Food was not good. Long wait. Employees were on chat in the kitchen. Really disappointed.even they didn’t care take the right order. Prince was on the front counter
We bought 3 masala veggie burger from this location today evening, but they gave us on unseeded buns for no reason. I went and ask why it happened coz we thought they might be out of seeded buns. When i went , there were two girls one was wearing jacket and other not. The latter one served us and we observed her way of serving was very rude. She mentioned she gave us on unseeded bun because she forgot which we understand. Moreover, not only she didn’t apologise but also was very rude when she said at last “ what you want??” in return of this. We were immensely disgruntled after this incident and will never return to this location in future.
