Worst experience I ordered masala veggie & the girl said 3 mins wait on it. Two more customers order same sandvich and u r staff served them first instead of served me first as i ordered before that customer. I approx wait 9 mins for my food and the girl with a short height who served me the food was so arrogant and show attitude Never come back again on this location
I was served by Talwinder, and I just want to say she did an outstanding job. She was polite, friendly, and made sure my order was perfect. The food was fresh and came out fast, and her customer service made the whole experience even better.
0 out 10 for the food as i order crispy veggie and fries both are cold I don’t want to post the review but the way she treat while asking for the food was cold is very unprofessional.
I stopped by for breakfast and it was such a nice experience! The coffee was fresh, and the breakfast sandwiches were delicious. The staff made my morning with their kind attitude. Highly recommend this A&W location!
Did not get greeted while standing in the front of the line for over 5 minutes and the worker took one persons order at a time and ignored everyone in line. Actually brutal, writing this as I still havent been served or spoken to for 8 minutes now. The lady finally took my order and when I said it would make more sense to take peoples orders so they can cook it in the back while were all standing here she said if she did everyones food would go cold. Not really fast food.
I order a veggie meal today. I mentioned I need a well done fries in poutine but all i got is stale fries . Although the girl who served was fine but food quality is bad.wastage of money
Love this A&W spot! The Beyond Meat combo is quick, and the sweet potato fries are always hot and crispy. The staff is friendly, polite, and efficient. I've been a happy customer for months – they deserve a shoutout for their awesome service! :)
