Stood at the counter for several minutes. The girl saw me and walked away. Waited 2 more minutes and then said "hello?". She comes out and shows me the "one minute" sign. Terrible customer service, will not return.
The burgers are always fresh and juicy at this place . The service is friendly and quick .This place is always clean and welcoming vibes . Staff is friendly ,polite and always positive attitude.
Hello, I would like to file a complaint about an incident that occurred at the A&W located on Rymal Road, Hamilton on November 29, 2025. During my visit, a staff member showed aggressive behaviour, which made me feel very uncomfortable and disrespected. This is not what I expect from A&W, and I believe this situation needs to be addressed to ensure better customer service in the future. Please look into this matter and take appropriate action.
