I took two of my guitars in to get serviced. The services and setups were done very quickly and both guitars play much better now. I was very happy with the price as well. Will definitely be my go to for future services/setups.
Bought a beautiful Gretsch 6118T Anniversary Edition. Arrived on time in perfect condition. Looks and sounds great and appreciated the follow up after I ordered.
I live in Florida and purchased a collectors edition Schecter from Steve. We had a lot of problems with the shipping company (asked us for unnecessary forms, delayed the delivery, etc..) and as stressful as it was for me, Steve was assisting and supporting me the whole way. Some sellers would have just washed their hands after making the sale, but he was adamant about getting it resolved. He also set the guitar up, gave it a decent case, and provided the certificate of authenticity. I was concerned it was going to be damaged after everything we went through but this think was packed meticulously. There's more I could say about my experience with cask (all positive) but I'll just leave it with this: even after all that happened with UPS, I'll still check out his store before I buy anywhere else.
A fabulous little store that has an ever changing roster of interesting, fairly priced and well maintained gear. Services is also affordable and find with great care. My favourite guitar shop in the city. Nice folks too. The best!
I enjoyed my time at Cask Music, I am selling my Rick Vito guitar with them and the employee was very knowledgeable. We talked about Reverend Guitars for a bit and he assured me that mine would sell quickly as the price I set was very good. He explained the consignment terms well and I look forward to our future interactions. All round a very nice experience!
Wonderful store with a friendly and attentive staff. Great deals on used guitars and equipment. I cannot recommend their services enough: their tech performed an amazing set up on my guitar. It plays like butter now!
A gem of a guitar store with friendly, knowledgeable staff. They have the guitar gear you need and lots of great instruments and amps, at reasonable prices. I bought a beautiful Telecaster Highway One there and had the bridge replaced on my Larivee. Highly recommended!
