The staff here is absolutely amazing. The customer service is beyond fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about the staff and the store. I will continue to shop here.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with this business and strongly urge others to avoid them. I brought in five pens to have the names of my groomsmen engraved for my wedding, which was just three weeks away. At the outset, I requested the associate to engrave one pen as a sample before proceeding with the rest. While the first attempt wasn’t perfect, it was acceptable enough for me to approve the remaining pens. However, when I returned the next day, the results were appalling: three pens were engraved terribly, and the other two were marginally passable but still subpar. Nothing like the sample in store which I also have in the images. I immediately raised my concerns with a senior associate on staff, who agreed that the work was poorly done. She issued me a full refund and kept the pens, promising to escalate the issue to the manager to explore replacement options. Later, I found a written note she had prepared for the manager (accidentally left in the bag when I retrieved it) confirming the pens were not up to standard. I’ve included this note in my review as proof of their acknowledgment. The following day, the senior associate called to inform me that the franchise owner had decided against replacing the pens, claiming the work, in her and the owners opinion, was acceptable despite clear evidence to the contrary. I spent 20 minutes on the phone trying to reason with her, and she eventually agreed to speak with the owner again to reconsider. She called me back shortly after, apologizing and reiterating that the owner had refused to replace the pens, asserting the refund was sufficient. She invited me to pick up the poorly engraved pens, stating there was nothing further she could do. If the pens were sufficient, why refund me for the engraving? And why did all the staff agree they were poorly done when I returned to collect them the first time? When I visited the store to show the senior associate and another staff member the flawed engraving in person, my efforts to resolve the issue were met with polite indifference. Both apologized but reiterated they couldn’t assist further. It became evident the owner had instructed them to stand firm, regardless of the poor work. As a result, I’m now left with ungiftable pens. To replace them, I must pay more than double the original price—$122 each—and the color I originally selected is no longer available. This experience was not only frustrating but entirely unfair. The owner’s attitude toward customer service is appalling. They refuse to take accountability for their poor workmanship, leaving me, their customer, to bear the financial and emotional burden of replacing/ fixing their mistakes. If you value quality work and decent customer service, do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

If you need engraving done, look no further than here. I checked with several local jewelers and all of them had to ship out to 3rd party vendors with a lengthy timeline for returning. Not here. Done in 10 minutes in store while you wait. Amazing.

Great selection of cards and small gifts. The staff are always extremely friendly and always helpful. This is worth coming into the mall for even if you have no other shopping! Be sure to check out their small gift section which makes it easy.

If you need a card or a unique gift for any advent you will fine it here. I always get something. Even clothes. Check it out. I love my hallmark items. I have mugs and movies teashirt sweatshirt They always have a sale after Christmas and thats the time to buy anything after the holiday.

Got a charm engraved it was quick was looking for an engraver &they told me hallmark does it. The girl did a great job.on telling me how to word it to cut the cost down.
