I would like to file a complaint about my recent experience at Jimmy the Greek at Lime Ridge Mall, Store 33. The quality of the food was very disappointing, and the staff member serving the food was extremely disrespectful in the way she spoke and interacted with customers. It is unfortunate to see this level of decline in a restaurant that used to be one of my favourites, and a preferred choice for many people I know. I hope this issue will be taken seriously and addressed promptly.
Gyro meat is so thinly cut and over done with a very strange taste. Potatoes also over cooked. I don’t expect much from Jimmy the Greek, but I do expect to want to eat the food considering the price
I'm surprised. I've been to this location many times. The previous owner/mgr (I'm assuming) always made me laugh because she's always rolling her eyes or making snarky comments, but at least she spoke English! Today I was surprised to see every employee of the same ethnicity and not one spoke English. I had to yell my order multiple times, almost screaming at one point, to each employee until they finally plated it without tomatoes. I'm sorry but asking for no tomatoes on my salad shouldn't be so difficult. Very disappointed. On top of the terrible experience, the potatoes were so undercooked and raw they were not edible. What is happening at this store?
Food is amazing. I ordered off uber eats so the price is going to be a little more , but even for what I paid through Uber the price was fair for the amount of food you get. Amazing 10/10 thank you
I don’t know if the management changed but the owners I had contacted with were extremely rude, arrogant and condescending. Absolutely appalling from a management team.
Ordered Gyro pita only and was extremely disappointed. Meat was already cut up and had been keeping warm in the container. It looked dried out even though he was trying to add 'fresher' pieces from the bottom. There was a good amount of meat. The server had a difficult time adding Tzatziki as it came out in small squirts. About 1/3 of the way into eating the gyro, my friend went back for more tzatziki. They wanted $1.85 for a very small container. He told them I was ready to exchange the gyro for something else. I should have exchanged the gyro. It was by far the worst tasteless and driest gyro I have ever eaten. Next time I will order from another restaurant in the food court.
Best food court Jimmy The Greek I’ve ever had! Service was not great as expected with mall food courts so that isn’t even a factor for me. Everything tasted fresh, flavourful, and the chicken souvlaki was so juicy! $13.99 for a meal with no drink- definitely pricey, but I couldn’t find a filling meal nearby under $13.50 anyways. Would recommend!
