If I could give ZERO, I wouldn't give 1 star. Very very very very terrible customer service!!! I am a regular customer of this location for years, but recently I found that some of the employees are very rude and the service is bad. They don't have patience to prepare food for you. They just rush to finish the job.
I ate one potato and noticed there was a bug in my salad; I had to argue to get a refund. Was told the fly/gnat was oregano from the olives, when there were no olives in my salad. The elderly woman who worked in the back picked up the bug with her tongs and squished it, telling me it was not a bug. You can see there is a wing in the photo. The employees offered to take the salad off and change it. I am pregnant and would not eat after seeing the bug. I was told the owner does not like to give refunds. After arguing back and forth for 5 minutes I finally got a refund. Too bad because Jimmy the Greek is usually very good.
Food is okay but not as good as the Mapleview location, I witnessed rude treatment of the Indian manager to the old lady staff, came today between 6:20-6:30pm.

Worst customer service I have encountered. I asked for a spinach pie to be replaced because i felt like I was eating a brick. I addressed it nicely but,the lady told me nothing could be done. The guy was smiling and laughing at me. Clearly customers do not matter. Never coming back again.
Poor customer service! Chicken was served dry chicken and received a brick of an spinach pie. Addressed it with the manager and told us they can't do anything about it.
I ordered a Gyro and it was probably the worst gyro I've ever eaten. It tasted stale, the meat was dried out and looked old. Barely any toppings on it. Not to mention when I got there the worker was on his phone and didn't even wash his hands, just put gloves on. Will not be back.
