If I could give less than a star I would. Waited over an hour to not be seen. Past my lunch and they said their washroom wasn’t working so I had to go. The two people at the counter had the same couple people there the whole time and they were even complaining what the hold up was . Barely anyone he even waiting, others left as well. I think people are avoiding this location all together! Coworkers said they’ve gone to the Rymal location without an issue and no crazy wait for the same thing I was there for . Two thumbs down
I came into service Canada a lady told me she wouldn’t change my new married name… I brought all my documents and she told me to call the main head office.. I’m sorry but like I don’t think she knew I went to service Canada 2 times and applied 2 times to only not be able to change my name simply with service Canada… is there a reason why I can’t change my SIN name? I don’t know if they can cancel the application but I have been waiting months and I also been told to call the main office which they never pick up So I just wanna know why she couldn’t call the main office there and ask them to cancel the online application and just do it manually in person at service Canada. I was very disappointed I almost cried
You would think if you were waiting for 2 hours this place would have a bathroom but no. When it finally is your turn the counter staff are rude and don’t allow you to ask questions, instead they cut you off. My question would have made the tellers life easier so her bad day is on her. I can’t believe my tax dollars pay for this place.
Absolutely Terrible service. I’ve gone to this location 3 times on all 3 occasions I’ve had the support thats trying to help me speak rudely to me and give me different information on the status of my heath card. When I came in today I explained to the lady that I did not receive my new heath card because when I called they said they had problems verifying my address. She proceeded to shrug at me and put her hands up and say “I don’t know” I won’t be returning to this location and I don’t recommend you do either unless you want to wait for months to receive any information I
Went there to update my wife’s Health card. She’s in a wheelchair and can’t go so I took all the necessary documents. Had to go twice. Found out 2 months later the service centre didn’t file the information. I have to go back…AGAIN!
I went here for my license and my plates. I saw the woman at desk 3, she had brown hair. She was so helpful and kind! Great customer service. I will absolutely be back for her to help me. I am a woman of colour and I never felt she was racist or dismissive. She got everything I needed done. But I also had all the correct paperwork, I think sometimes people come unprepared and blame the staff.. not their fault. Thanks lady at desk 3
Should shut down that place that brown lady told me i have no insurance i showed her the temporary insurance slip the insurance company emailed me , because there was 4 cars on there she said it was not acceptable when requested for a supervisor she proceded with my transaction But when come to her people she will close her eyes and proceed
