My grandson and I had the funnest time yesterday . The young men working there made it extra special for us . They were so polite , helpful and even took a great photo of us. Great staff and a lot of fun. Thank you for making our first time experience GoCarting so enjoyable and such a fun day .
I’ve had a wonderfully bubbly and genuine experience at Lakeland Kartway, a place suitable for any occasion; from a regular day out and birthdays to dates or family gatherings… and I’ve brought kids I babysat, friends, and my family, all of whom left with big smiles; during two visits in one day, one in the morning with my best friend’s son and another later with my brother and mother, we faced a rain shower that briefly closed the track, but when we asked if they could stay open the staff offered a full refund, though we chose to ride in the rain at our own discretion, which drifted a little and turned into a surprisingly thrilling, laughter-filled experience; the owner himself approved the laps, getting grease-stained while fixing a kart, showing hands-on care and a genuine commitment to our enjoyment, and even as the rain passed and the laps continued, the wet conditions added a playful challenge that we absolutely loved, delivering a truly genuine, down-to-earth vibe with attentive safety and a sense that this isn't a sterile, corporate venue but a place where care and community shine through; if you’re planning a visit, bring an open mind and a bit of adventurous spirit—you might just fall in love with the rain laps as much as the dry ones, just like we did.
I love thayas energy, she is really sweet and has exceptional customer service skills! She was detailed with the rules and ensured safety checks were approved!
My son and I visited the go-kart track today, and we had such a blast! It's a fantastic way to spend some quality time together. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially with my son, who was a little nervous at first. Staff members were very patient and polite with my kid and made him feel so safe. Safety was clearly a priority, which I really appreciated. Prices are absolutely great and reasonable. The karts were well-maintained, and the track was a lot of fun for both of us. We'll definitely be back for more family fun!
Had an AMAZING experience earlier today at Lakeland. Karts were very well functional as I was told that the employees test them every morning, staff were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful, overall mood of the place was great! Today, the worker (I believe her name was Taya) was such a sweetheart. She was the one that was helping me earlier today and she was very kind and cheerful. I will definitely be coming back here! Fun for kids and families, very well recommend Lakeland.
The 3 staff members are excellent with the young and inexperienced Patient with the guys that think they are Mario andretti . Hair nets are provided with your helmet, hand sanitizer is also available. Debit is available and you can ride in your flip-flops.
