We own a business on the Hamilton mountain late one afternoon a car hit the building I called around and they were right over boarded everything up for us. We didn't know what to do right away Steve the owner helped us with the Insurance company walked us thru everything and ordered new windows and completed all the work for us, it was only later I found out it's a Family business. I think that's why everything went so smooth thanks to Steve and his son's thanks again guy's
Horrible experience with this company. Got a quote quickly for a replacement window but then no actual installation. After calling them every week for six months they would always say that they will come next week or even within the next hour, then nothing and ignore your calls.
I do not suggest work with this company on any residential work. They always take bigger work as a first priority and you just keep waiting and waiting and waiting. They promise you to install the window at the end of this week, then end of the next week... it's been two month now that we are waiting for the installation, winter is here already...
We had a frameless shower door installed in March 2020 by Frank and another person and everything was fine. In mid-June, we started having problems with the door sliding open and not staying shut while we were showering. I contacted Glass Pro via email on June 22nd regarding this. Twice I was told by an individual named Steve that someone would be stopping by late afternoon to adjust the shower door. No one showed up. In the last few weeks, I have spoken with this same individual regarding this and was advised that no one is able to fix our shower door as they are very busy with installations. It has been 5 weeks since I contacted Glass Pro about the issue with our shower door and nothing has been resolved. I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service. I should not have to repeatedly contact them to ask when someone can come to fix the door. I would not recommend Glass Pro to anyone that I know.
Having 3 windows replaced in home today. I highly recommend Glass pro. Professional and friendly from start to finsh! Installed quickly and expertly. Installers went above and beyond expectations. Good job.
