I need a piece of dark brown glass, but couldn’t buy it anywhere for the front of the stove so I came down here told him what I wanted gave them a pattern they made it if it’s it’s awesome. Great price.
Brutal. I don’t know about the actual work these guys do, but two men with their City Window and Glass van blocked me in, so I could not move my car at the Tim Horton’s window at King/Dundurn this morning. They decided instead of parking in an actual parking spot, to block me in my car at the takeout window while both driver and passenger went inside to order in Tim’s. I gestured for him to move his vehicle and he told me in a minute. I went inside the Tim Horton’s and asked a couple more times for him move it, and even told him I have a job to get to too. He could've cared less and told me to wait. Unbelievable that someone would do this, so they didn’t have to walk a few extra steps from a parking spot. I don’t know if this was the owner of City Window and Glass, but regardless, owner or employee, this was ridiculous and I would question if they treat someone like this so easily, how would hiring someone like this be.
We had someone broken in to our main door. The glass was shattered! Called and left a message at 7:30am. They called me back at 10am. The door was fixed before 12 noon. Fast eh!? and the guy on the phone was very helpful, the guy who came to replace the glass was fast and nice! We had it as an Emergency price on a Saturday so it was more expensive than usual but with how quick the problem was solved, it was worth it:)
I had a number of windows replaced in my condo unit by City Windows & Glass. The service team was quick to respond, knowledgeable and offered useful tips for maintaining the windows. I found the level of details and quality of product outstanding - I would highly recommend!!
Excellent service and reliability from the staff at City window. I mainly dealt with one of the owners, (Robert C). He was very quick and knowledge to respond to my questions regarding the job. Definitely recommend and will use again in the future.
Staff patient and very helpful (not a window guy). Ordered 7 windows. Offered fair prices lower then competitors. All came in as scheduled. Delivery went smooth/ on time. Zero complaints. Definitely recommend.
Their website says, "Service in Hamilton".. This should be revised to say, "Service in some parts of Hamilton". We live in Freelton, and thanks to MIke Harris, Freelton is part of Hamilton. But it isn't part of the Hamilton that City Window serves.
