I had an amazing experience with Nicole at Frank’s Glass. From the very beginning, Nicole was incredibly responsive, friendly, and proactive. We needed a glass piece for our buffet/hutch by a specific date, and even though there was no guarantee, she went above and beyond to try and make it happen—always keeping me updated on their timelines and progress. Thanks to her effort and the whole team’s dedication, the glass arrived at the perfect time and Nicole called me immediately to let me know. The piece is beautiful, without flaws and impeccably cut for a very awkward space and measurement. Their care, attention, and genuine desire to help made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Well after trying to keep things local and help smaller businesses my review could go either way at this point! We have been trying to get a shower glass install since April. Things just didnt go well . From chipped glass to door to small , door chipped with a manufacturer defect install and finish , why install something that’s inferior or damaged in the first place Try #4 Finally the boss comes out to rectify my issues great …. All fixed accept now the door is upside down and the handle is 46“ off the floor instead of the 32” what is going on !!! Doesn’t anybody measure or check what they are doing ?

June 7, 2018. I just ordered 17 replacement sealed window inserts for my home. I dealt with Nicole over the phone and she was awesome to deal with. She sent me a very competitive quote within a couple of hours and I was able to place my order over the phone. I will submit another review once the windows arrive and are installed, but if the product is as excellent as the service, the review will be glowing. July 4, 2018. Well, the windows arrived today and I installed them. They all fit perfectly. I can’t say enough about how seamless the whole process of getting a same-day quote right through to the front door delivery was. What a great experience dealing with this company.

I want to begin by stating that Danielle is awesome. She is professional and personable. I have had a number of services from Frank's Glass e.g. shower door installation X 2, window replacement, and mirror installation have been pleased with all services. They do everything within their power to ensure customer satisfaction.
First time using Frank's Glass and I was impressed. The ladies in the office were very polite and friendly and so were the guys that came to measure and install our broken window glass. I would highly recommend them!
