Would never in my life ever do business with them again. Tina is rude and will talk over you or cut you off mid conversation to state a point that has nothing to do what you're talking about. If you really can't save any money for furniture go to Aaron's. At least you get a fair price & the employees there treat you with some respect.
cant get past the staff smoking under the roof on mall property directly outside the entrance no care for pedestrians at all. Clearly not wanting customers and as they are out there all the time. clearly not enough to do or not enough business here.
Do not deal with these people. Or if you do deal with them DO NOT leave a card on file they will take payments off without your authorization. Owners if you see this bring back Brad and all the old staff at least they respect for the customers
Great deals here and very friendly staff! Management was super helpful and even gave us a deal on what we wanted! So excited to get our new furniture! Will definitely be coming back I The future!

For anyone that has just received a monthly paycheck and looking for a deal on furniture or oversized flatscreen TV or sound system with a rent to own payment plan that seems foolish to turn down until you've realized you payed 4 times its net value upon owning it or collection agencies are calling 24/7 then yes I recommend you shop here
For anyone who is looking to use this service please just wait a bit longer to save up enough to buy it outright. With kijiji these days you could find everything that's in these stores for cheaper. After all your payments you've payed at least 15% more. This isn't exactly a review of the specific location but the concept as a whole. Two things you should ever finance are a vehicle and a house, adding furniture monthly payments is never a good idea and I didn't even know you could until i walked into this store. Any extra monthly payment will affect your ability to get loans for a vehicle or house . Save up buy it outright and don't look back.
