I am beyond happy with their service. It was very difficult for them to deliver my heavy washer/dryer to my basement but they did and I am so grateful they did as I really needed a washer. I love my new washer/dryer it works amazing greats selection.
Easyhome on Fennell Ave was amazing, we got a great deal on a pair on couches and the costumer service was fantastic. Frank and staff were very helpful and were very accommodating to us as students. We would highly recommend this location to others.
EasyHome Financial on Fennell made everything a breeze. The team moved all my items up to the 7th floor without a hitch, and the customer service was genuinely impeccable from start to finish. I opted out of assembly due to personal time constraints, but delivery was smooth and punctual. I’m impressed with the low weekly payments for such quality furnishings, and I love that they offer direct phone communication and texting—super convenient. The process was simple, too: they just asked for references, no credit checks, and their payment options are very flexible. Highly recommend! Koodos to Frank for making this experience amazing.
Left easy home Dundurn few years back but was welcomed back by Frank and crew wonderful service and a great selection above and beyond way better then what I experienced in the past.
Wait till you miss a payment because you got sick and are waiting for your money to come in. Never will I deal with easyhome again. Zero stars from me.
With covid and some unforeseen matters that came up I called Frank and we ready to send back everything that we had with easyhome. After talking with Frank he worked out a payment plan we could live with and keep our items that we had purchased. None of the other managers that have been at this location have ever offered to help us out if things got tough they just wanted to pick up our items. I have been a customer of Easyhome Fennell for many years and have never had the kind of service that I have now with Frank and staff. Thank you for all you do Frank. I would recommend your location to any one that is looking for furniture, electronics,etc.
