Full disclosure: my area is not serviced by them so I am not reviewing that part of the business. However, they responded so quickly to my request and the person was super quick to get me an answer! I'm running low on oil and knowing what my options are as soon as possible is really important. (Just bought my home and have never had to do this before, so it's not something I kept a close enough eye on.) The speed and integrity of the support makes me wish this was a company I could go with.

The staff at FUELS is fantastic! Everytime I call or go in there physically they are so polite and accommodating. The Management has helped me in several jams and I know there products are top notch! Delivers on time and quickly! Highly recommend. 5 stars!
I have been a loyal customer of Fuels and Crescent for many years and honestly the customer service and delivery guys are so amazing. They have by far the best prices around for Propane and Gas.

BEWARE: Absolute garbage and dismissive response if you have an emergency from their management. Frankly we were told thanks for your business but we don't care. Have used them faithfully for over 15 years to service 3 facilities. When we had an emergency situation that effected 170 seniors we were abandoned. They are located less then 15 kms from our location and couldn't and wouldn't respond in under 3 days after originally confirming an order for the next day. leaving us stranded. Zero stars if I could. farmers, greenhouses, care facilities BEWARE. they don't care Follow Up and FYI to the ignorant manager who when we were in crisis told us "thank you for your business and Good Luck finding someone who will deliver in under 5 days". We called BROWNS. They worked immediately to help us avoid a potential life safety issue. Thank you Sam and your team at Browns Fuel. Goodbye and good riddance Fuels Follow up to your response 1. I agree that no employee should be threatened or abused. We adopt and practice zero tolerance for abuse ourselves. I am not sure how asking to speak to a manager qualifies as a threat or abuse. 2..To clarify : It was never stated verbally by anyone on your team "We don't care" that was how we felt we were being treated. When I say we, there was multiple people who heard the conversations. There are no other inaccuracies. As for variables: transparency from the beginning would have prevented this entire matter. Had we been told from the first call that it would be several days we would have made other arrangements. 3. I have had bad customer service in the past but never felt compelled to post a negative review. I have no complaints with your delivery team who are very professional. Scrolling through your reviews it is clear we are not the only ones who have had a bad experience with your office personnel. 4. You are welcome for the past business. It is unfortunate that such a long standing arrangement gave us no consideration when we were in need. All the best to you as well.
I highly recommend this company if you're planning on ordering fuel. Always reliable and dependable when you need them. I also love how they're a family owned company, so you know you will always get a personalized experience. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth giving a try!
