Very kind worker at the cash and the store was super clean. I had lots of questions because this was my first time here and she was very accommodating!
A really fun experience, especially with friends. I love the customization. They don't have many froyo flavours but even within the limited options they have vegan options. Their toppings on the other hand are a wide variety of chocolates, popping boba, candy, and sprinkles. While eating your froyo you can also play games with a wide variety of options they have within the store, including a giant connect 4. Overall a great experience and I definitely recommend
Tbh not thatt much variety on flavours but there's a lot of toppings to choose from the all the flavours I tried were delicious! Also I paid $4 something for a good portion of froyo and it was a fun experience!
I've taken my kids to Yogurty's three times this year as a treat. While it clearly caters to the McMaster student population (e.g. some discounts are available on certain days, with student card), they attract many kinds of customers at this location. System here is very self-serve: grab a bowl, fill it with your choice(s) of frozen yogurt, cover it in toppings, get it weighed, and then pay. All three times have been delicious. Only issues I've seen are: a) it's a known issue that some of the frozen yogurt pumps will stop working correctly, and produce a kind of yogurt soup. If this happens, notify the attendant; they will enter the mysterious backroom to resolve the issue. And b) the price. Because price is based on weight only, even an innocent bowl of frogurt with minimal toppings can end up costing you more than expected, because the business has to take into account the premium toppings available that you *might* have added (e.g. the lighter-than-air popping boba (which, by the way, you should definitely get), the fresh fruit, and other higher-end options) and their cost. I've seen a few customers experience sticker-shock after weighing in, at which point it's kind of too late to go back. All-in-all a solid place to sit down for a customized frozen treat. Bring your wallet.
My teenage daughter came home mad that there were no nerds as a topping. She's been getting them since she was three. She's still talking about it and she went 5 days ago. Might be worth getting them back. Her friend was upset as well
Great experience and delicious yogurt, the amount of toppings is endless and the flavors are amazing and there is a yogurt for everyone! i will be a continuous customer not to mention the lovely staff, i was served by lexie and she knows her stuff! great work.
Not a bad experience! Good froyo, and even three non-dairy options like sorbet! Although the options for frozen yogurt itself was a bit limited-- only about 5-6 flavours (which honestly isn't even that bad), there was a massive selection of toppings. I'm a big fan of cookie dough and cheese cake crumble. Seating was a bit cramped, but not so much of an issue. They even have board games that you're welcome to borrow. Honestly a pretty solid experience, nothing really stood out in terms of service or the menu. Just a good place to stop buy for a quick treat!
