I messaged them about a handbag that they may carry. I was pleased to see that they got back to me in a timely manner and offered to hold it until I could get there. I got there the next day and was greated by a happy smiling Tara who had responded to my email. The bag was a bit small but right away she introduced me to other products in the same line and I have to say this was the fastest purse purchase I have ever made. Tara and her associate were both amazing and so kind. I've never been in before but this will be my go to location going forward.
I live locally so always in the store, the prices are very reasonable. Great place for Xmas, hostess, birthday..you can buy a nice gift for 15.00, their gloves are amazing, 10.00, I have about 6 in different colours. Always good service, especially the owner.
First time in the store and it wasn't my favourite experience. The ladies behind the counter were really engrossed in a conversation about butterflies and a video on one of the lady's phones. I was looking for a gift and ended up just settling on a card. I wouldn't have minded being left to browse on my own, but when I was trying to check out, they just continued on the butterfly conversation as if I wasn't there. It was extremely awkward.
My first shopping experience in Dundas and I loved it! This store has so many nice things and I will treasure my purchases. The employee my mom and I had the pleasure of meeting just made my whole day. Such a kind and generous woman!
Passing by and we saw a really cute Elephant Pillow that my wife instantly fell in love with. It was locally made so we had to buy it. Really great experience. They even held our package until we had finished lunch down the street and came back for it.
Was in town visiting a friend when I noticed this store. Dolce Kimera is very similar to Anthopologie; it has finely knit clothing, wallets and purses, cups, signs, soaps and hand creams. The PRICES are fantastic! I bought 4 items from the store and will for sure come back when I visit Dundas again. Great selection too.
I am a frequent visitor and a seasonal shopper at this store however today I was surprised at the rudeness and arrogance of the owner. She said to me smiling, without any preamble; "You never buy anything here!".I was shocked since it came from nowhere and I've bought stuff for me and my daughter many times.I also introduced lots of friends to the store. Unacceptable behaviour!
