First time playing at the Stoney Creek Keymasters location, and it was a great experience! Game was well thought out, and the staff made every effort to make it fun for all rhe players. Facilities were very clean. Will definitely go again.
Olivia was a great game master, she made sure that our accommodations were met and always helped out at the best times. She was very caring and extremely sweet! If you have her as your game master you are in good hands :)
My daughter wanted to come here for her 11th birthday with her friends…and without her parents! ?. They had a blast and the people working there were incredibly patient with the kids and made sure they “escaped”, while the adults waited in the waiting room. Girls left planning the next room they’d do for one of the other girl’s upcoming birthday!
This was our first time at trying an escape room. Lily was amazing with us. We weren't very clued in to begin with. She gave us hints to get us on track, but only when we were desperate. The Expelled room was fun and great for first timers. We will definitely be back.
I've been to about a dozen different escape rooms and this one had to be one of the best thought out ones I've experienced. It was very well done and engaging. Ally was so pleasant and helpful. Went with my wife and 2 children under 10 and we all had a blast. It was challenging but my kids were able to partake and definitely helped solve several of the clues. We had an amazing time and we will definitely go back.
Lilly was amazing! We did the Alley and she helped us all the way through like we requested, communicated effectively but still gave us chances to figure things out on our own, and she showed us 2 things that we could've done in the escape room. She also didn't rush us and gave us extra time. She is super nice and sweet. Lilly is the best worker there (we've been to Keymasters before) and I'm so glad she was our host and made our time the most enjoyable. Thank you so much Lilly! :)
I have now completed 2 of there rooms both are amazing ... they have some really cool unique puzzles .. i have done around 15 - 20 rooms before this an would put them top on the list for quality of rooms .. also the best staff i have ever meet, very willing to help an chat with.. 100 percent i will be back to finish the rest of the rooms an chat with them about my favourite!! genuinely the best all around experience for escape room ... keep them coming !!
