Disappointed with my experience at Fully Promoted. Communication was a major issue throughout. It took 8 days just to receive a digital proof for a brochure—and when it finally arrived, the design quality was poor. This was largely due to the art I had included in my brochure PDF, but you would think they’d know right away if the artwork wouldn’t work, instead of making me wait over a week. Patches I ordered came in off-center, and the entire process took over a month. I only found out they were ready after reaching out myself following two weeks of silence, at which point I was told they had already been done. Unprofessional and frustrating from start to finish.
