My Skullcandy volume button was broken, one singular button and I came to this electronic store to get it fixed and the guy said leave it there for a day so he can take a look at it. I told him it’s just one button and it’s only four screws that’s keeping it sealed, it’s pretty simple to just open it and give me a price then and there.. So then the next day the guy calls me and informs me it’ll be $70 and it’ll take him one day to fix it.. I told him that too much for one single button.So I went to grab it and my headset had some weird sticky stuff on it. I also went to a nearby electronic shop called Technology Master and the guy gave me a price then and there for $40. No issues and fixed it perfectly. I suggest going to Technology Master it was cheaper and fixed quicker.
Brought in my Xbox series X due to constant crashing, they fixed it in 2 days, and replaced my SSDs thermal paste! If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. These guys are the best!!
My hdmi all of a sudden started tripping and I took it to this wonderful place and it got replaced in 24hrs and I picked it up next day. Also it came with a 90 day warranty.
Really great place to go to, guy was super nice understanding and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I only required quotes at the moment due to this going through an insurance claim, other places would not even look at it, or was quoting me $100 just to get a quote. Geek Squad wouldn't even look at my laptop because it was older than 5 years. This place charged me $20 to get a quote which is reasonable considering the circumstances and he did take about half an hour to get the quote sorted, super quick and once it goes through my insurance I will be sure to come back to get the fixes at this place only.
Absolutely loved my experience here. Brought him what I thought was two broken subwoofers, turns out I just don’t know anything about technology. He was kind, efficient, patient, showed me how to use it properly, and I couldn’t be happier. Seriously, if you need something repaired, go here! He’s amazing!
I got my original nintendo 3ds repaired here. It's an old and not common handheld console so I was glad to hear that he was able to repair it. He said that it would be fixed around 10-14 business day but took just a few days more. It is fine though since he was able to communicate through via phone number and keep me updated. Overall great price, service, and quick response.
I regretfully was rude to the guy. Had a disc stuck in the PS4, the disc button broke and I uninstalled the game. While trying to remove it myself at home I broke my HDD without knowing it. He tried explaining the disc won’t come out because the HDD is damaged, I had my guard up and thought he was being untrustworthy but he was respectful and honest. I ended up going to Best Buy and the computer guy there explained it the exact same way. He recommended I upgrade to an SSD and bought a new Samsung EVO hard drive, I had my PS4 with me and lucked out with a cool Best Buy worker who just unscrewed one screw took my old Hard drive and placed the new one and it fixed the issue. The price for the new SSD was $159. It would have been $170 for me to get it fixed at this guys repair shop. Reasonable price. To the gentlemen working there, just wanted to apologize.
