We had a very sudden and unique problem with our brand new ebike - I went as a walk in and the staff at Electric Avenue were so kind, patient, and showed amazing ingenuity in helping me, they managed to avoid having to order a new part, and they did all the work and managed to get our bike up and running within an hour. Cannot recommend them enough for your ebike needs!
Excellent resource for e bikes. They have a variety of ebikes for sale. The staff are quite friendly and explain everything well. They also were kind enough to make specific adjustments to that I asked for. Worth looking into if you are considering getting an ebike!
This is a new update. (July 18/25). I picked up my ebike yesterday. I asked the shop to find out what was wrong with it because it was making a funny noise.They took it apart; made some adjustments and voila the bike is doing great. The best part was that they didn't charge me. Always great service! This is an updated review. (April 4/25) I just had my bike tuned up. The service was done extremely fast. No repairs costs were charged unless I okayed them. Service continues to be fantastic. I also bought a heavy duty lock. They have terric accessores. I highly recommend Electric Avenue E-Bikes. I was impressed by the service and quality of the merchandise. Everything about the bike was explained. I didn't feel any pressure to purchase an E-Bikes and was sold by the life time warranty and the knowledge that if I require any assistance Electric Avenue E-Bikes would be helpful. I bought my Gemini 60 volt a couple of weeks ago. This is my first time buying this. So, I asked the lady(I forget to ask her name. But, I guest there's only one there). And she patiently explained to me everything about the features and how e scooter works. And as well as the warranty included. I'll recommend this Electric Avenue store to everyone. In fact, one of my co workers will go here. To look one for his wife. Their warranty is the best. They stand in all the product they sell. And also my especial thanks to thier mechanic. For properly tuning my new e scooter. Thank you guys for the wonderful experience you gave to me buying my Gemini 60 volt. I really like it...! Now, I save a lot of gas going to my work(about 20 km each way) and doing some of my every day errands at home.
My husband Bill and I have been to Electric Avenue several times. We purchased our 2 E bikes there and had Great Service. Very professional, courteous and So willing to help us, that was 2 1/2 yrs ago. This year my husband wanted another Ebike so our son could ride with us so he went back to Electric Avenue. Excellent service and Very Friendly Always willing to help. My husband has ordered things on line or by phone from them; never had a problem. Fast and efficient service Always whether in store or on line. They are Very honest so If you want an E bike or need parts for on, this is the place to go in Hamilton or surrounding area.
