I had a great experience at Xyna International. All instructors were helpful and friendly. I especially appreciated to Miss Ravjot for helping throughout the test day. Highly recommend this center for IELTS.
Just a few days before the exam, they called me and said: sorry. We don't have test that day! And if you cancel your test, we will charge you!!! And now they don't answer the phone to cancel the test!!!
I took my IELTS exam here few months ago and had a good experience overall. The staff was polite and professional, especially Miss Ravjot, she was very helpful and made the process smooth. I appreciate the support and would recommend this center.
Do not book your test Here!!! I repeat, do not!!!! Worst Worst Worst!!!! Please do not book test here, I saw those negative reviews before booking my test, still I choose this test center thinking it will be okay in my case. But it was nightmare.
worst experience they people never answer the call i had to call them in emergency but no response called them 100 times. Atleast answer the call and list the concern of people who spent their money on exam and pls reply to these kind of comments too.
It is very cold inside, because you are sitting three hours in a row.So put on something warm.I liked the speaking examiner.He is so helpful and openhearted.
Good experience at this test center. The staff are nice. Both computer and speaking exams are well-organized and right on time. All the equipment are working well. My exam was on Friday and I got my exam result on Saturday night. About 36 hours processing time is fantastic. I am really happy about it. Only problem is my exam date was rescheduled by the facility. I hope it is not a problem that happens frequently. Parking: Only street parking are available. And nearby streets have 1-hour parking restriction. I have to park a bit further.
