It was nice to go to a retail store where the staff was actually experienced in the products they had. I just got back from my dive trip and my new gear that was recommended to me worked perfectly! Great service and products for all levels !
I’ve had nothing vet absolute amazing service every time I went. Robin is incredibly welcoming to new comers and experienced divers alike, answering questions with expert advice. I plan to do most of not all my future planned course through them, as well as get my equipment there
I highly recommend Bob's Scuba Shop. I have completed both my Open Water and Advanced course with them. Just this weekend I completed the long drive up to Tobermory to complete my last dive required for my Advanced Dive certification. The weather was very windy but the team at Bob's Scuba Shop was very accommodating and we were able to complete the dive. Thank you Robin for all your support. A big shoutout to Bud, and Marko and well. Both divers are very knowledgeable and great to learn from.
My son just finished his open water certification with Robin and her team. Robin was very accommodating when we had to job reschedule my son’s open water dives. Marco and Jay created a laid back atmosphere during the open water dives and made sure everyone was at ease! Bud was also great fun during the pool sessions! A great experience!!!
Robin and Bud were very helpful and informative. Safe in the covid environment. I had some gear and needed a hood and vest so I could swim in lake Ontario in April. Offered tips for the swim. I went for a trial swim right after and had a blast. Jeff

Went into your store for a new mask only to find your NO RETURNS NO EXCHANGES POLICY. This effectively keeps me out as a customer...what if I spend $200 on a new mask : I have lost all my money. Best to order from the internet and take your chances rather than buy from a STORE THAT WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO CHECK THE MASK OUT IN A SWIMMING POOL. I rented one of their masks to try it but all of the used masks do not reflect their inventory. Beside the $73 mask I tried out had overall less durability than the one I bought 5 years ago.
