Worst customer service experience ever! We bought a water bullet gun toy for my son, but the battery was missing. We returned the next day for an exchange. The lady at the counter told us to grab a new one from the shelf, so we opened it to check—turns out the battery was dead, and the wiring was loose. We politely asked for another replacement and showed her the issues. She was extremely impatient, snapped “How many replacements do you want?” and said she’d just refund the money. We felt completely humiliated—we were asking kindly the whole time! She even told my young son to stop touching the gun, which was a display sample outside the box. Absolutely unacceptable treatment. I will never shop here again and do not recommend this store to anyone. Train your staff better!
I had a really unpleasant experience at this store. While I was just browsing, one of the employees, an old lady working there, started following us around and even chased after us as if we were going to steal something. It was humiliating and completely uncalled for. We came in to shop, not to be treated like a criminal. This kind of behavior made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Management should really train their staff to treat all customers with respect. No one deserves to be profiled or made to feel unwelcome while shopping.
Unbeatable prices on so many items that is too hard to even list they pretty much have everything you need from household products to electronics to everything else add a really really good price highly recommended
Sunscreen that expired in 2016 was on the shelves. Also lots of makeup 5 years or older. Some of the brands no longer make cosmetics anymore..... Buyer beware.
I really like the employees. There’s some decently priced items here! The only problem I have is some things are way over priced, the mark up is too high for some of the items. Those items don’t cost that much online or at another store etc. There’s a lot of old things which is fine but please make sure you keep things reasonably priced. The better the prices the more sales you will make and then you will be able to get rid of everything and restock new. If you keep things at those prices you won’t get a lot of customers or make a lot of sales. Good prices people will start talking and your store will sell like crazy! Hope you can consider. For example there was a figurine worth about 3-4$ being sold for 20$, makeup from 2004 for 5-10$ (it’s 19 years expired). I still will shop here it’s close and I like the employees! Hope they consider the idea in the long run
Smelly and a tad run down but I enjoy coming here. The older lady that works here is unbelievably kind and funny. The under lady is a bit rude. When I’m given a price by one staff and than given another by her and I explained to her the situation she insisted on giving me attitude and rolling her eyes at me telling me I’m wrong.
Walked into the store, I knew exactly what I was getting. Lady said sorry I'm closing in 2 mins. And pointed to the door. I walked in when they were open, she should have allowed me to get what I came for. Will never shop there again!!!!! I found out weeks later the lady was robbed with a weapon at closing so I can understand her fear now.
