I was forced to make an account to place an order, then my account was rejected with zero communication as to why. I guess they only work with registered businesses even though their website doesn't state this. They also loudly advertise no minimum order sizes, making it seem like they take orders from any scale business or maker. Really wish they declared this somewhere on the site before I wasted my time setting up my files to their listed specifications.
This is an excellent printshop! They take care in what they are printing, reach out when needed and go overboard to make their customers satisfied. I have never been more impressed with the customer service that I receive here. Shout out to Dana and Alicia in the front, they are both welcoming, helpful and a pleasure to work with. Only improvement that I could see if they were open on the weekends for rush orders, but no complaints here. Their process and website and easy for beginners to understand like when I first started, and they are always available to answer questions I may have.
