This restaurant is not transparent that this is a ghost kitchen whatsoever. The wait times are outrageous, and the staff lacks transparency regarding the pricing of dine in and take out. The service is disorganized, and it took 40 minutes for takeout. Would not recommend, there are better places around!
As a lover of everything spicy, I've been ordering the sandwich here and there over the past 2 years (I live super close). The Hot AF sauce was okay over the years, but after ordering recently - I don't know what they did, but it's bang on now. Spicy enough to warrant the Nashville name, and tastes great! Excellent work, excited to order it again soon!
I am giving this place a generous 4 stars, but I felt like a 3.5 would be more accurate. I can understand some others disappointment, one of the three chicken Strips were the size of a nugget, but all in all, they were tasty. The curly fries were also excellent, no problems there. The sauces were great, especially the Honey Dill, best one. The sole reason they don't get 5 stars is because we ordered the Apple Crisps, and didn't get them, the receipt just said "No apple crisps", so they should have taken them off the menu on Uber eats. The other reason was because the chicken strip combo states it comes with pickle slaw, but none of our orders got any coleslaw/slaw or pickle slaw. Overall, the food was good. Plenty of fries, the chicken was legit, although the Strips varied in size, but were tasty. The mild was spicy, very spicy... But the place is called HOT chicken, so I'll give them that. I think they have a few some issues to fix (online menu/missing items from orders) but otherwise could be a reliably good chicken place. The food is not bad at all, and the Mac and cheese bites were great.
Ordered on Uber eats food is delayed for over an hour and the Uber Driver is waiting at the restaurant for nearly an hour too. it’s been nearly 2 hours since I placed my order and still no sign of any food. If I had any food I would would review it but sadly I’m still waiting
Ordered off of UberEats today. They accepted the order, but 30 minutes past the *latest* estimated time of arrival they cancelled it. Other than it being generally frustrating, I'm more upset over the fact that my Uber driver sat in their parking lot for 40 minutes and was told repeatedly "oh it'll be ready in another 10 minutes" only for the place to cancel it. Poor guy didn't even get paid or a tip because you can't tip on an incomplete order. If you can't complete the order, don't accept it... Like, really, what was the point of that.
Ordered two burgers via uber eats yesterday night and it takes me to the plaza 14 martindale cr. Google location doesnt shows your location is inside lone star. It points to the one near bestbuy.I couldnt find any signs of frankie's nashville hot chicken any where on the sign boards. So I called your number 3 or 4 times which is provided in the google and uber eats app. But no one picked the call. So I have to leave without picking my food after wasting a lot of time looking for the restaurant. I didn't realize its inside lone star untill one of my friend told me today.Atleast you guys have to mention it ingoogle or ask uber eats to diaplay that you are located in lone star.I am sorry to say that I am really frustrated by the service of both uber eats and you guys.
2 year later update This place still has potential. My chicken strips were tasty. I like spicy so I ordered Nashville Hot for me. My wife doesn't like spicy so I ordered "naked" for her. They were all the same (Nashville Hot). Her's got thrown out. Thought I'd give Frankie's another chance. The chicken was decent. Small but decent. I asked for extra sauce but they weren't saucy. Onion rings were good. But a very small order. But it was the fries that ruined the meal. Either they forgot them in the fryer or more likely dunked old fries in the oil to warm them up. You could chip a tooth on those dry things. Oh and the chicken sandwich - $8.49 for that? Really? Very small sandwich
