Went to go get a custom t-shirt printed for my father-in-law for his birthday and let me say, I will be taking my business elsewhere, and here is why: When I arrived to the store, I was first ignored by the manager while the only employee in the store worked her butt off to check customers out at the cash. Upon finally being acknowledged, I was greeted with hostility and rudeness when I explained I was looking to get a t-shirt that I had already designed, printed that day as a gift. The rudeness in response had taken me aback so I stood off to the side to make my decision. As I waited, the manager on duty verbally abused her employee, and I witnessed the cashier begin to cry. I cannot fathom supporting a business that treats their employees, as well as their customers, with such hostility and disrespect. There is no possibile way that can be acceptable and should not be endorsed. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
Great customer service and great people, all very friendly. Went in to get a custom hoodie done and they did it exactly to my specifications and liking. Went back a 2nd time for another hoodie and they were great again. Overall recommend
I recently ordered two custom hoodies for my daughter, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome! The entire experience, from designing the hoodies to receiving them, was seamless and delightful. The staff was friendly and very professional.
I dealt only with Manjit and she was absolutely amazing! We had a very large order and any issues or concerns were ironed out quickly! She was super accommodating and detailed with her work! We will be back and cannot wait to work with her again!!
Good selection and great prices! I like that they offer lots of different colours, just wish they had more ladies tshirt options/sizes - mainly even just black ladies tshirts. I could only find 2 XL and 1 large black ladies tshirts. But wide selection for unisex shirts. Also different options for sweaters here as well. Their printing services seem fairly reasonable priced, especially if you order over 12 shirts I believe the price is better then.
LOOK at reviews before you go here !! Terrible customer service and nothing but attitude .Call to get a quote , tell her exactly what I want , get to store and it’s $15 more. Drove all the way from other end of town. Then she had the nerve to try to say I didn’t specify what I wanted, instead of apologizing for HER mistake. RIDICULOUS. I should have read reviews before wasting my time
