We had a fantastic experience working with TUFG. We had quartz countertops done for a bathroom and kitchen reno and they are gorgeous! Kyra was amazing to work with from picking out our countertops from the many options available to the various followup communications. She was always super responsive and helpful. Measurements and install were great as well and we couldn't be happier with the results. Such high quality product and service. Highly recommend working with Take Us For Granite.
Amazing customer service! They went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our entire home! The owner Ajay is excellent and has a fantastic team of installers! We ran into some hiccups that were not their fault and hey worked very fast to help us fix it and get into our home on time! Quality is also spectacular
Our experience with this place was somewhat stressful. The prices were good compared to other places and the finished work was done well. It looks very nice. The issue was the communication was difficult to work with.

Terrible customer service and scheduling, worse than cable companies with respect to being on time for appointments could not provide an accurate time of arrival, were hours late for measurement appointment and the install as well. Provided my own granite compete with pictures so they knew what they were working with, provided a quote, accepted and I delivered granite to their shop. Then they came to take measurements, where hours late for the appointment and when they showed up informed they could not take measurements without the old counter removed - which they could have informed me about prior to showing up. They then increased the price by 40% saying they had to make more cuts than anticipated in their original quote. Had mtg at shop to review additional cuts, made a sketch of the cuts and reluctantly agreed to increase. Day of install did not show up until 4pm and did not finish until 8pm. They cut the granite incorrectly, failed to complete proper work orders for their installers, who showed up with pieces missing and had to go back to shop to get them, further delaying the install and made the job more difficult for their installers. Ultimately the install was satisfactory, but very disappointed with the failed co-ordination in communication between the front office, shop and installers. Will not be returning to them for my remaining 6 condo upgrades. I do not recommend this company to anyone expecting professional well coordinated customer service, scheduling and installation.
I had a vanity top with sink made up. The people here did a great job. After a while I made a slight design change and needed the vanity cut down by an inch... I brought it back, I was remembered and got the small adjustment done without a hitch... Great service...
Had granite kitchen counter tops installed yesterday and they are beautiful. Very happy with the service received throughout the process. Sam was very helpful in the showroom and patiently ran through the various options with us. To help us make a choice he showed us various slabs in the warehouse which allowed us to better visualise the finished product. The measuring for the counters was done quickly and efficiently and they were installed a few days later. I think it took them longer to drive out to our house than it did to install the counters. The price was fabulous at less than half what was was quoted from the local big box stores. We definitely recommend their services. Update - A couple of years later and the countertops still look as good as the day they were installed. Very happy with the purchase
