Just checked in with them at the shop to see about a minor repair on our countertop they installed over three years ago. Their service team were in our area and as I arrived back home to wait for them to come they drove in the drive. Did the repairs right away and fixed everything perfect. On their way, all done in less than an hour and a half since I was in the shop. Now I know it was lucky they were in the area and had the time but I would say that is excellent service. They're fast and efficient, but the moment there's an issue post installation their frontline staff (aka Gina) suddenly have every excuse as to why the problem isn't theirs without being willing to come and inspect the problem. They have a good product but, their customer service is seriously lacking. If my concern was addressed and resolved, I would have rated higher.

Only asking to make slight changes to granite before cutting pissed Sasha off. If we are paying, the customer needs to be satisfied.....its the rule. but owner is very rude and failed to satisfy us .rather cancelled our three week awaited order at the last hour on the last day.worse experience with Hamilton granite
