I purchased the beautiful black wedding dress for my cousins wedding. It was my gift for her wedding. The amazing part was that it only cost $1200 which is a steal for such a high quality design by Cocomelody. Black was an interesting choice but it couldn't looked any better. The time was a little tight for the wedding but they did alterations the same day and it fit her perfectly. They have also done alterations on my suit and other family members, all of them fit perfectly. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of the product you get. This is the best wedding and general alterations shop in Hamilton.
I recently purchased a prom dress from Mary and the only words to describe what she made for me was pure talent. I came a few months ago looking for a prom dress. She asked me several questions to understand what exactly I wanted, gathered measurements and told me the date the dress could be made, which was much faster than I thought it would be. I come in for several fittings and it was amazing to see the dress come together. The materials she uses are very high quality and not one sequence fell of which I have experienced with other dresses from different brands. On top of all of this, her prices are very reasonable. Overall I would 100% come again for dresses and any alterations of all my clothes. I would also 100% be recommend all my family and friends to go to Mary for similar reasons.
Had a great experience! Fitting went perfectly and the dresses turned out great. I got two dresses altered. Prices are fantastic as well. I really appreciated the attention to detail and how cheerful, knowledge, and talented she is. Will absolutely be back!
I was a repeat customer as my work always had our uniforms altered here and didn’t have issues but last time I went to get my blazer and pants altered. Long story short, the owner misplaced my suit pants. The worst part was the story she kept giving me. Very unprofessional, I had to keep calling and get aggressive to get an answer as to where my pants went. She finally admitted they were lost and given to another customer who is apparently always out of the country. Basically my suit is wasted because I can’t find matching pants it’s a very distinct pattern that is not easy to find. After arguing the Owner/operator did give me a 100 dollars which is not even half the cost of my suit and I’d rather have my pants. The way she handled the situation was frustrating and I will not be going back.
