Our family started attending Rivers & Meadows classes this year, and it instantly became one of our favourite places in Hamilton. Chelsea and Heather are so welcoming, kind, and genuinely passionate about what they do, you feel it the moment you walk in. Our daughter asks to go every day. It’s also a great spot to pop in for kids’ gifts, and I can never resist signing myself up for their adult craft hangs, too. 10/10, recommend to all of my mom friends.
Rivers and Meadows is an absolute gem! Chelsea and Heather have created something truly special — a warm, open, and free space where babies and toddlers can explore, play, and thrive. It’s not just for the little ones either; they’ve built a supportive and welcoming community for parents too. My daughter and I love it here — it's our favourite place to go, no matter the occasion. We've made lifelong friends and so many beautiful memories. If you haven’t visited yet, you’re genuinely missing out on something magical.
The Happy Campers class has been a wonderful experience for both my son and I. From the moment we walk in, the environment feels so warm, welcoming, and full of positive energy. My son feels completely comfortable leaving my side to explore the space - something he doesn’t do in other group environments. It’s amazing to watch him open up and explore so freely. Chelsey and Heather do a fantastic job creating a safe and creative space. We always leave with that feel-good feeling, which I think speaks volumes to the effort and passion they pour into each class. I highly recommend Rivers and Meadows to any parent looking for a fun and enriching class to share with their child!
We welcomed Heather to our day program to teach our clients weaving. She set up a planning meeting ahead of the program date, arrived early for the program as was very well prepared. Heather was warm and patient and gave a great demonstration. Thank you!
Rivers + Meadows did an outstanding job planning my 4-year-old’s birthday party for her and 10 of her friends. They made the entire process so easy with a helpful questionnaire that let me hand off all the details to them. When we arrived, we were amazed by the thoughtful activities and stations they set up. It was a hit with everyone—such a fun and seamless experience!
Chelsey and Heather run the most precious space for littles in the east Hamilton community. Their Happy Campers class is creative and so well thought out. It’s the perfect hour for both parent and baby.
RUN to Rivers and Meadows with your kids!!! I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful business. Chelsey and Heather are truly the SWEETEST, most loving and passionate people to host these classes. Their attention to detail with the different themes they do weekly is ridiculous and so inviting for play. Their love for what they do absolutely shines through everywhere! I’ve been taking my daughter for the last 6 months, starting with the Little Campers class (where Chelsey also takes amazing quality photos of you and your kiddos enjoying the class). We now do Fridays Little Explorers class where she absolutely thrives in the open ended exploration environment. I knew I’d found a gem when they offered me a coffee upon first arriving and welcomed us with open arms making us feel right at home. What they have done with their new space is completely stunning & leaves plenty of room to spread out. FIVE STARS!!!!!
