My phone screen shattered the night before work where for security purpose I'm required to have my phone. I knew of Wireless+ as I pass it every day. After looking at the reviews my faith was restore and even better, it was confirmed after the best customer service I've ever had especially with Kaushal. The our first interaction off the bat he was willing to assist. I appreciate he didn't judge when I did tear up from stress. We went back and forth with how to best assist me and at the end, he took ownership of my situation and provided me a solution. Not only was I able to get my repair, but he went above and beyond. I was able to still have access to my work and relieved that I put all my trust in someone because it was all worth it. They have my loyalty and I encourage everyone to experience Wireless +. Special shout out to the Manager with his calming demeanour.
I've been twice to repair my phone and both times have been efficient, cost effective and with friendly service. I highly recommend going to them over other businesses or locations.
CAUTION! CAUTION! CAUTION! If you want to take your expensive phone to recycling, then yes, go to them for minor repairs and see your phone damaged totally. I took my Samsung S22 Ultra for screen change. I paid in full, and they told me it would be ready in 3 business days, and this was on a Friday, so it means Wednesday for pickup. Good to it, they loaned me an android phone i could keep my number on with until I grabbed my phone from them. Wednesday, I called, and he said, "Oh yes, I'm just waiting for the screen."A few minutes later, he called me. Yes, I got the screen and am putting it on now. You can come pick it up in 30 minutes. I arrived 15 minutes earlier and he said oh I'm just doing the battery. I was like what, whst battery? It's not battery? I mean the screen. I SAID, YOU THAT IS WORKING ON THE PHONE, YOU DON'T WHAT YOU ARE WORKING ON? I didn't noticed that RED FLAG. I got the phone, put it on, and the S-pen is not been recognized. I told him, and he tried to turn of the notification for that and say it's done. I said nope, you just deactivated it, you didn't get it fixed. Oh come back I will ask the expert, maybe I have to reopen the phone. That's not the worse part. The dangerous part is, since that day my phone produces heat that is about 45 degree celcius. And I only uses it well if I am directly in front of a high speed fan or in my car with max ac on. Every corner I goes in Hamilton, I am struggling for network and all these issues was never on my phone. Battery runs down super fast. Phone over heats that you can cook on it. Bad Network signal or reception. I just have to recycle the phone for professional repair or use it to store data. Replying to wireless+. Yes this is the store in Jackson Square where my phone screen was changed, but yes unfortunately returned with multiple issues. Furthermore, I didn't say the last 10 days.
I was in here once trying to replace an outdated Samsung account The guy tried everything for an hour and finally set me up a working account Today I came in with a new phone case I couldn't get my phone to go into and the guy did it in under a minute Excellent service at Wireless +
I will continue writing bad reviews and reporting this business to the city and bi law until they refund me and close down!!! I took my phone two weeks ago to fix the screen, it broke a week later, he argued with me to pay full price didn’t want to honour my warranty, now 4 days after second fix my battery doesn’t last me more than 1 hour takes 13 hours to charge and the screen is FAULTY!!! Turns black and won’t work at times glitches so many things wrong
Came here to fix my phone screen a week ago, i told them the screen was popping out they told me that was normal. Yesterday a week exactly I took it back because my screen was broken. The owner argued with me and tried to not honor my one month warranty. After discussing and threatening police for scamming he gave me a new one for $70. Then he refused to let me stay in the store with my phone while he fixed it. When I got my phone back it was disabled for 7 hours now 12 hours later my phone battery is trash. I charged it all night and I watched with my own eyes it go to 6%. I have been charging it all morning and the battery keeps fluctuating up and down while charging and being left alone for hours. They messed with my phone now I will take it to apple and probably pay $500 to fix the damages this guy did. Don’t waste your money here please !!!!!!!
After charging me $250 plus tax for a cheap screen and not honoring the warranty, you, the owner, yelled at me. You didn't care about robbing me and, man, you did kick me out of your place. Don’t eliminate my review
