OMG. I have never experienced better customer service in my life!! I have a circa 1881 staircase that required a custom carpet fit like no other. In one day after contacting direct carpet I now have a beautiful new carpet that brings out our beautiful custom circa 1881 staircase. No one could have done this staircase better justice. Thank you Direct Carpet!!!
Direct carpet has a great selection of carpets. Highly recommend them especially for carpet runners on stairs. Michelle was extremely helpful providing recommendations/suggestions (colors, patterns, width, etc.). Install was also very quick and looks great! They even made us a bone shaped mat for our dog.
From start to finish it was an exceptional experience! Michelle was amazing helping us with everything; coming to the house and giving us the details, helping assist with our choice, and setting up the install. She was professional, in every manner, from her quick reply back to all my questions, to continuing with the quick replies after the install. The carpet gentleman Keith and his partner were the same. He was there on time, he prepped, installed, and finished within the time frame I had been given. It looks beautiful! Thank you again Direct Carpet!! It’s been a pleasure.
Great experience with Michelle. She showed up to our house with quite a few samples, listened to our needs (big dog) and was respectful with our budget. She showed us pictures to give us ideas of how our choice would look in our space and provided her suggestions - we were happy that she was able to guide us and we love our new space. She was quick with communication and coordinated our install quite promptly. Would definitely recommend Direct Carpet and Michelle!
Great experience compared to so many other carpet dealers we saw. Michelle is great to work in. Ordered the carpet, not in yet and booked installation. Will try to remember to update after it's been installed.
Went to them for a custom made area rug. Everything went extremely smooth. A year later our dog destroyed some of the underpad and they were able to fix it up same day.
