At first, my experience wasn’t what I expected the wash didn’t come out as clean as I hoped. But what happened after is what truly sets this place apart. The owner replied to my review and I reached out to him,he invited me back and re-washed my car himself and made sure my car was re-washed properly. He didn’t just fix the issue he went above and beyond. He took his time, checked every spot that needed attention, and made sure the job was done perfectly. My car looked spotless afterward. What really impressed me is his character. He is genuinely a great owner respectful, humble, honest, and dedicated to his customers. It’s very rare to see business owners nowadays who truly care about customer satisfaction, not just money. He made time for me, he listened, and he made things right without any hesitation. People like him are hard to find. His professionalism and kindness alone make GR8 Car Wash worth supporting. I’m honestly grateful for the experience, and I highly recommend this place to everyone. Worst car wash i have ever seen. First time I went to this wash and was horrible . I always use upper james wash and have fantastic wash . I stop here on my way . The pre soak liquid which used to pre soak the dirts is just a joke. The greedy owner squeezed the nozzle all the way down , so there is no way liquid can come . Instead only water is sprinkler with little foam . And high pressure soap also just water with little soap water. How can car dirty will clean up . Has nothing to do with wash . What a garbage wash . I mean owner take money for just water . Really don't understand these reviews . Either fake or paid . How can someone give services zero satisfaction by charging money . No way giving free money to this wash by just water only
Good car wash with options and good pricing. The automatic and manual carwash are open 24/7. The only thing is that not all vacuums have the same features other wise its good
I usually use the touchless wash here. It’s always been great. There are manual wash bays too. There’s a lady who works here who’s always super nice and helpful.
The touchless process was smooth. The result was not good. My car was not dry and wasn't cleaned properly. I am sorry for the negative review. Somehow, my experience was not good. However, I edited my review because the owner reached out to me and offered a free service. This is exactly what a customer expects when he does not get the service he paid for. Thank you.
Opted for the laser wash /touchless .. but wasn’t satisfied with the results 1. Tyres and inner spaces weren’t cleaned 2. Dirt still remained on the bonnet and bottom half of the entire car 3. Rear glass was still dirty ! Not sure if there are limitations while using a contactless car wash
