She was so patient and understanding; working me through the whole experience of buying a battery for my car. I can’t say enough of how lucky I was that I came across this place. I needed a battery for a pretty recent lawn tractor. I looked all over the place from Hagersville to St Catherines and everywhere in between. I ended up having a dealer of the lawn tractor refer me to Great Northern Battery Systems and they had it on the shelf. The young lady at the counter was very friendly and professional. I will recommend this place and visit in the future
Was met at counter and had a new battery beside me before invoice could be generated, had to call and look up new location one block north of one they had for years
Fantastic selection, very friendly people and customer service the way it used to be. I forgot how much I missed being treated with respect, like a customer should be treated. Great job guys, I only wish I needed another battery.
The front desk tried to sell me second hand battery. I confirmed on the phone that if they had new batteries, the next day, I came in to buy it. The front desk told me she is gonna give me a discount, the better had a scratch on it. I asked if it's a second hand or someone used it. The answer was NO. When I tried to pick up the batteries, I found out that they are second hand, they were not charged and filled with distilled water.
Rude! When you go there waiting to buy a battery the just look at you and keep doing whatever there doing. Waited 30 minutes & left. We took our business somewhere else.
