I usually look online to see what they have before I go inside a dispensary but every time I go into this store they don't have anything that I saw available on their site... Site is never up to date
Dropped in for my 3rd visit today, great service as usual, very friendly staff, did not have exactly what I was hoping, by no means there fault, rotating strains can change week too week, still quite happy though, cheers sparkle.
Don’t recommend this place at all waste of money. Stay away. Bought a pen that never worked when I asked for refund they told me to contact company for a sorry gift. Terrible experience do not go. Deserves 0 stars. While being loyal customer weekly.

I would let anyone know that if you are new or seasoned professional and have questions, this outlet is awesome. It's the the place to go. Unfortunately, my experience with Sparkle Cannabis deserves a flat zero stars, mainly because their customer service left a lot to be desired. I'd recommend steering clear of this place since there are better and cheaper options out there. Here's the deal – I put in a delivery order, they charged my card, and then out of the blue, they axed my order without giving me a heads-up. No call, no message, nada. I had to be the one to ring them up and find out that my order got canned because, surprise, they didn't have a delivery driver. To add insult to injury, the refund they promised? It's playing hard to get, taking a whopping 3-5 days to process. So now, I'm stuck without my stuff for days. If they knew their driver was out sick or MIA, why not update the website or, at the very least, give me a heads-up before confirming my order? What really grinds my gears is the lack of any kind of apology or compensation. No coupon, no gesture – just a canceled order and a vibe like they couldn't care less. Sparkle Cannabis, you've got some serious customer care catch-up to do.
Wow! This is THE shop to go to in Hamilton, as far as I'm concerned. Everyone I've interacted with in store has been knowledgeable, helpful, and, most of all, super friendly. They have a huge selection of products, ranging from flower to edibles to merch/paraphernalia, and even Medicated White Sugar! (Plus, it doesn't hurt that they seem to have among the lowest prices in the city for ALL of these items!) Edit: I have to update my review 2yrs later. In the last month or so this location has experienced a slow yet steady decline in the stock they have available compared to even 2 or 3 months ago. I can't speak to the larger issues at play here, but even despite of that this is STILL my go-to store and that should tell you something. Sparkle Cannabis continues to have some of the best prices which is great, but they also have the absolute best staff and store environment which is priceless. (If you have a dog, bring them in for a treat and to maybe get their picture on the wall ?❤️) I would personally LOVE to hear about a negative experience someone had with a staff member that didn't involve stock or store policy or such
