Not good at all the the store is so cold inside. The food was very blah no taste very small portions. Spend $40 bocks and got out still hungry. Not recommended
Food is good, impressive actually for fast food. I really liked the empanadas and the sauces. I came in sept 8th 2025 and around 5pm I ordered my first time here with my partner, he presented his gym card with fit 4 less which gets him double protiene. The person working here ruined my first experience by firstly not giving my partner his double meat, we had to remind him and he said it was already on there but there was exactly 5 peices of chicken (he ended up rolling his eyes and giving double meat in the end) but it wasn't that it was how he acted when asking questions and when I asked to swap sour cream for burrito sauce instead he looked at me and told me that I can't add too much to my dish which was a Dorito bag and it's not the fact that restaurants have to charge it's when they make you feel bad and they are extremely cheap that makes the expierence awful. I'd have paid for whatever I wanted aswell if he had made that an option. There is nothing worse then going to a place and ordering and paying for food and feeling like you can't order what you want and in my opinion it's unprofessional to share with me that they have to keep costs down and that for that reason he can't give me anything else that I wanted besides the sour cream and burrito sauce swap which was all I wanted anyway. I'll be trying another location. Turn over rate for fopd and customer expierence is far more important than cutting food costs on paying customers because the likelihood that those people will return is Slim and if you don't have a good turnover rate you're just throwing food in the garbage anyway.
Had a great experience today! The burrito bowls were amazing! Big thanks to Harman and the other girl working — they made our food with so much care. Great service and great vibes. We’ll definitely be back!

I’m not sure if this location switched ownership but the quality and service has gone down over the last few months. Go to any other Burrito place, I’d skip this one.
Maybe new owners as others have noted, but something changed, very disappointing. I love FB burritos in Toronto and used to have a 5 star for this location. But the last 3 times I've been, the burritos have been ice cold throughout and carelessly made. This last visit our burritos were terrible in so many ways, I'm sad to say I won't be back again for a long time.
The food is good (when it's fresh) but this location ALWAYS has just one person working, which means if there's 2 or more people ahead of you, you have to wait 15-20 min just to order!
