They assured us on 3 different dates the floor would be delivered. Day they said they didn't know the warehouse was closed, 2nd date the driver didn't get the info to deliver the following date the warehouse was open, and the 3rd date he promised us the driver would be at the warehouse at 9 when they open and come straight to our house. A 1 hour drive. Flooring arrived around noon, driver said he didn't know he had to come straight to our house. Had our installer at the site 3 times and they failed to meet their commitment to deliver. BTW we paid for delivery. Each time we called they showed little caring for customer service. Horrible experience

Stopped in to see some flooring today and some comparisons from a flooring store in Cambridge. Noah was a great help and gave a much better price for the same flooring. Happy we stopped in today!
