I have asked Glen to put a new tip on my lucasi cue shaft and put a new ferrule on another lucasi shaft and did a satisfactory job, i think. But he totally bungled on the re wrap on my lucasi cue butt. I have asked him if he can re wrap it and he told me he can do it, but it ended up ugly and almost unusable. The cue but is not smooth and the linen wrap is so ugly and dirty looking.
Glen and his team leveled our table for us. They are punctual, respectful and reasonably priced. Thanks for the quick service, we are having so much fun with our table now!
We recently sold our beautiful solid oak pool table which was in perfect condition. When our new buyer arrived to wait for what they thought was a team of capable experienced professionals to disassemble the table, and move it safely to their new home, unfortunately was not the result. Out of the two men that arrived from Silver Cue, only one was physically capable of doing the job ALONG with the help of the new owner. No packing blankets were used and it was simply loaded in the back of their truck and of course requiring help to do so. I saw our beloved table today in it's new home and the demage it suffered due to lack of packing and care to move it without consideration of quality is disturbing. The scratches and demage this table went through for this move is unacceptable. Shame on Silver Cue Billards for their lack of pride in a job NOT being well done!
Here's an email I received from Glen after he moved a table for me, I paid in full and I took my business elsewhere to have new cloth installed. Pretty much says it all... "Hey did you find anyone that was cheaper than me??? I think not, I was giving you the best deal in town everyone else $1,200 and up to $1,800 (Family Rec) Well good luck, Glen"
Did an excellent job of moving and installing a used table we had purchased - replaced the felt and is currently re-tipping the cues that came with the table -this was for a condominium corporation that we manage
