I was looking for a specialized bike that I could ride on road or trail. Staff were very patient as they told me my options and answered questions. They threw in a couple free things and helped me put my bike on the car. There were choices of high end or middle of the road bikes. Great shop.
Dont bother with them, they still charge full price even if they cant full fill there duties. They are a a rip off. Charging full price for 1/4 of the job. Dont take ur bike there
Sam is a cyclist for cyclists, he rides, he's raced & once beat Steve Bauer in a sprint(so he says :) A guy who will try anything to get it fixed & get you back on the road. He knows bikes! and cycling...
Great shop, well located near the Waterfront Trail. We stopped in for some supplies on our tour from New York to Toronto. Super friendly and helpful! Even made sure we found the start of the Confederation Trail a few blocks earlier than we knew it started. Thanks guys!
Amazing shop! Took our bikes in for some repairs, 1 needed brake adjustments and the other a new de-railer and cables. We also bought a Thule bike rack for my car. We were struggling to figure out how to set it up and the gentleman kindly noticed our struggle and came out to help us figure it out lol. Was a very pleasant experience, i'd highly recommend this shop to anyone.
Family run bike shop. Sam is a hard working honest guy. He won't pressure you into the "next model up" From sales to service or just good info, Sam is the man.
