The work they do is not just the physical labour of fixing or repairing bikes, it’s the elements of love pure in heart to help the patron have the best experience. I Recommend to everyone top ranking

I left my 25-year-old Miele with Dario and Antonio for a variety of updates starting with a new rear wheel, and a lot of other peripherals and a tuneup. I got my bike back today and it looks amazing, better than brand new, which is what they said would happen before they started working on it. The gear selections are so smooth now, better than they have ever been, everything is comfortable and just feels right. These are the top professionals in Hamilton, their knowledge is encyclopedic and they have that knack of explaining things in simple terms. Dario and Antonio, thank you very much and you will be seeing me for annual checkups in the future. Jim

I had a road bike built from this shop. From the start, the bike had trouble shifting from the small to large chain ring. No offer for replacement even though they were aware of the issue. They tried adjusting things but the problem was still there. I have since taken my bike to another shop and they told me that the chain rings and front derailleur aren't compatible and everything needs to be replaced (at an approximate $200 cost). I have also switched to narrower handlebars based on my measurements. Seeing as bike fit it so important, this shop didn't measure at all for bike fit. I also asked for one specific thing before the build: a 52t chain ring to be put on as I had one on my previous bike and wanted to challenge myself and build more strength. A 50t ring was put on instead without even checking with me. A short time later, I had a 52t ring put on, which was an added expense. Also, the paint has rubbed off in the area where I hold the bike to take it downstairs. For what I paid for the bike ($1800), I expected more. This shop is fine for basic repairs but for anything highly technical, I would seek out another shop.
