Sleep Country is so lucky to have Gurjeet Virdi as an employee! I am sure that she would be great at whatever she chose to do, she walks you through the process of choosing a bed that's right for you. She knows the product, she seems to know her customer and makes sure the customer is well informed. She is awesome. I was so happy with the whole process and couldn't rave about her more. I like to start this review letting people know that the experience that we just received at this location was amazing. Me and my wife were already a customer of sleep country and had a bed but it was defective we had talked to customer service and they arranged for us to have a bed which then came and it wasn't the right fit for us as it was too firm and not what we were looking for. Long story short customer service told us that we would be able to get the bed that we wanted with a straight exchange it ended up being a little bit of a mix-up and a couple of days later they asked us for a certain amount of money to replace the bed as the price of the new bed was a lot more. I have multiple emails talking to customer services and other sleep country locations all over Hamilton and it ended up being this location and this lovely lady Kimberly that made it her priority to see what was going on and took the initiative to go above and beyond what was needed and that was not the case for the other sleep country locations that I went to as they said they weren't able to help me I just want to let everyone know that this young lady in her associate Danyal at the Stoney Creek location here not only got us our bed we wanted but did not have to pay any more because of all the Mix-Ups that was told to us and all the hassle that we went through with customer service. I just like people to know that there is great people out there that do care and I would recommend anybody looking for a mattress to go to this location they do care and they do try to help out as much as they can, we are very blessed and we will definitely pass on the good fortune that we received from this location and Kimberly thank you so much again you not only helped us when we needed it the help the most but you're also showing people that there is people out there that still care thank you so much Kimberly for all your help.
Attended this establishment on October 6, 2023 at 1:40 P.M. My purpose of my interaction was to browse a bed that will be later purchased. (Not at this establishment due to the following interactions) I entered this Sleep Country and was looking for a mattress that was more firm and had more support than the one I currently use. We were greeted by a man who started out being really nice, talking about how different mattresses are for different people, pressure points etc. I started trying out beds , after trying the second one the sales rep inquires as to what my price range is, I explained the situation and how I’ll be ordering the bed at a later time and I’m just trying it out and once he found out I wouldn’t be buying the bed that day, he literally just walked away, no words, just got up and left and went to talk to his colleague, after this we were ignored the entire time we were in this establishment, making me feel very awkward. 1/5 stars only because he actually took 2 minutes out of his busy schedule to help a customer, sort of. Why buy a mattress any where else? Probably because they have better customer service.
Great customer service virtually from all staff we interacted with. We're not pressurised to buy but instead given valuable information about the product. I highly recommend this store.

We've shopped in the past at this location for pillows and sheets. This was our first mattress shopping experience. Sean was able to walk us from mattress to mattress and explain the differences in firmness and what he would recommend based on our sleeping positions. We talked about warranties, delivery, removal of the old mattress, and just about everything related to sleep and beds. He was able to put together the prices for the different mattresses we liked the best and we were able to make a deal. Can't wait for our new mattress to arrive and get to sleep on it. Thanks Sean for your patience and guidance. You made our Canada Day.
