I came to the salon for some self care few days before my C section. I was taken care like a queen and listened to what exactly I wanted. I had a cut, wash and dry, eyebrows and eyelashes tinting, eyebrows waxing and threading. Even when I wanted my eyebrows to be treated more or the haircut fixed abit the owner always complied happily. I will be back for the great service And the prices are very reasonable.
Not very happy , I asked the owner for a color I wanted I told her she had to bleach first and she told me the color itself has bleach in it , when the whole dye and wash process was done I told her the color isn’t the same as I wanted she then said I had to bleach I told her that’s what I said in the beginning she said that she was scared to cause damage she could have told me in the beginning that she was afraid to use bleach I wouldn’t have done the whole hair dye process . Not happy at all ! bad communication , don’t speak well English .
I went to this salon for threading of eyebrows and upper lips wax , Sonia burned my upper lip and later blamed me for the happening (as per her I asked her for waxing my upper lip twice, she was not able to clear it in one go) she did not even warn me before of the consequences of doing waxing twice on the upper lip. As per her they do whatever client asks for. Ultimately, it led to burn and I have to take care of it. Pathetic service, no apology and realisation from them even being in service industry. Will not recommend this to anyone.
My daughter went with a friend to get her nails done , it looked horrible and they tried to blame the girls because of shoes. They had no nail dryers and cheap nail polish . Would never go back ! Not set up to do pedicures properly!
Very very bad service . I went to saloon , there was no one to give service, the girl on reception told me the girl who do service will come in 5 min , I wait there for 30 min nobody showed up . So there is no one to give service , they waste people time by making them wait for long . No staff . Sorry will not recommend anyone to go there to waste time .
A exellent unisex salon give professional , best services in hamilton. I recently had my hair highlight done by Ritesh. I am 100% satisfied with the service which they served to me. Now my hairs look more attractive and shiny. I would definitely recommend Ritesh to all friends.
