Bryan and I went to the Elegant Bathroom showroom to choose products for our newly renovated bathroom. Walking around the showroom with Patrick and physically pointing out exactly what we were looking for made the entire shopping process a breeze. Patrick is patient and knowledgeable and helped us not only pick the right products within our budget but also get them on time to keep us on schedule with our renovations. I met with Betty at Elegant Bathrooms. She was very kind and knowledgeable regarding the process of the work. She had many examples of similar spaces to our bathroom and was extremely thorough with how we would plan our space and what we can do to ensure that our forever home will be updated to last for years. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I was unable to go through with the work. That being said, I was extremely impressed with Elegant Bathrooms and would definitely suggest them to others. I hope to reach out to them in the future for some work in the house. Thank you folks!
We had Elegant Bathrooms renovate a small second bathroom into a beautiful place to be. The owner and staff were very nice to deal with and were very thorough. The installer (Nick) was amazing, helpful, skilled and sensitive to our needs. The results were just beautiful. I would recommend Elegant Bathrooms to anyone interested.
Patrick and Simone were easy to work with getting the bathroom design and the results that we wanted. Roger and his crew went over and above to complete the job when we needed it with family coming to visit and the final product is perfect.

We had our two condo bathrooms renovated by Elegant Bathrooms and we couldn't be happier! Not only do the bathrooms look beautiful but the level of partnership and collaboration we received with Patrick was top notch. He always kept us informed when needed about next steps and also put together the package we needed to get our reno's approved by our Condo Board. All of the contractors we had in our home were professional and respectful. They all did a fantastic job; no small feat since the bathrooms hadn't been touched since the early 70's when the condo was built. However, I have to give an extra thank you to Nik who spent hours upon hours in our home completing the bulk of the work in both bathrooms. Everyone needs a Nik to do their reno's, he's amazing! Thanks to all but especially to Patrick and Nik!
We were super happy with our custom counter. We love it! We had an idea of what we wanted and with the help of Patrick, he made the idea turn into a much better finished project than we thought. Especially the sink, so cool. We also like that they were honest with their quote. Would for sure recommend them.
